Applicable range

Copper core, foamed polyethylene insulated metal sheathed, long distance symmetrical cables are used for railway communication etc.

Digital transmission quad is used for primary group communication to switching on 4-6 sets of PCM at 1MHz.

High frequency quad is used for carrier communication of 156KHz

Low frequency quad is used for area audio communication.

Signal, pairing and signal quad are used for line maintenance and signal remote supervision system.

Applicable requirement
  • Cable must be laid under the frozen ground. Its operating ambient temperature are +60¡É~20¡É. Laying temperature is lower than -5¡É.
  • Bending radius of cable is 30 times of metal sheath 25 times of outer diameter of cable
  • It must be prevented from mechanical damage to the cables during transportation and laying (such as squash, turn over and heavy press etc.)
  • It must be prevented the moisture and water permeated during jointing, end stripping and laying and prevented that cable core insulated layer is burned when joining ealing.
  • Cable must be pressurized maintenance by filling dry air or nutrigen with a pressure of 5-20N/§² for lead sheathed cable.
  • When oil ointment filled cable is jointing, it must be proved to keep the filling material continuously and water resistant performance of cables
