Cables :
Polyvinyl chloride
insulated power cable |
¡¡ |
The polyvinyl chloride insulated power cable is used in fixing
lay-up transmission and distribution electric lines of 50HzA A.C
rated voltage 6Kv and below.
Standard of
product
The products carry out china standard of
GB/T12706 (equivalent to IEC 60505). The company can manufacture
the products that based on British standard (BS), German standard
(DIN) and otherwise.
Application
properties
- Longterm permissible working temperature
of cable conductive core is not more than 70¡É
- During short circuit (maximum permanent
time is not more than 5 seconds), Temperature of cable conductor
is not more than 165¡É
- The difference level of lay-up cable is
not restricted. When laying the cable, ambient temperature of
laying is not less than 0¡É
- They have a good chemical stability,
acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt resistance, oil
resistance, solvent resistance and flame resistance properties.
- Light weight, good bending properties
and easy to install and maintenance.
Classification of
cables
- The rated voltage are principally
divided into two grades. 0.6/1kv and 3.6/6kv
- Cable conductors are copper core and
aluminum core
- Numbers of cable cores are 1 core, 2
cores, 3 cores and 4 cores (include equal cross section of 4
cores and having one neutral core of cross-section, so called),
5 cores (include equal cross section of 5 cores and having two
three-and-a half core neutral cores of cross-sections, so called
three-and-half core).
- Cable sheaths are polyethylene and
polyvinyl chloride.
