General Description :
ZW7-40.5 series of vacuum circuit breakers are three-phase, A.C 50Hz
outdoor high voltage distribution equipment with 40.5Kv rated
voltage, which can be used to open or close loading current,
over-loading current and short-circult current. ZW7-40.5 series of
vacuum circuit breakers possess reasonable designing construction,
convenient maintenance, With current transformer (current ration :
100:5 H 200:5 H 400:5 H 1000:5 H 1600:5), and it is equipped with
four coils for each phase used for measurement and protection. The
operating mechanism us CD10-III type electric magnetic operating
mechanism.
Applying ambient conditions :
1. The height above the sea level should be no higher than
1000m.
2. Ambient temperature : The max. temperature should be +40¡É. The
min. temperature should be -30¡É
3. The wind pressure should be no more than 700Pa (equals to wind
speed of 34m/s)
4. Earthquake intensity should be no more than 8 degree.
5. The degree of air-filth should be III class.

The Constructions
Characteristics :
Zw7-40.5 series
of vacuum circuit breakers are mainly made up of vacuum
interrupters, current transformer, actuator and electric magnetic
operating mechanism. The overall construction is adopted insulating
bottle supporting type. The vacuum interrupter is mounted in the
upper insulating bottle, and between them, a new kind of insulating
material is filled, which can solve the problem of condensed water
and other problems caused by filled gas or filled oil due to good
insulating property, durability and resistance for outdoor high
temperature. The lower insulator bottle is used to support the
vacuum interrupter. Three-phase insulating bottle are mounted in the
waterproof mechanism box, in which a heater is equipped for
protecting the electric control component against damp.
